Position Description:

Provide day-to-day operational support for Active Directory (AD) for Internal and External approximately 300 Windows servers, 250,000 users objects, and 350,000 computer objects. Provide 7×24, day to day operations of Active Directory Internal and External environments worldwide. Including the following: Administration of Active Directory: – Active directory health in general – Active Directory replication – Active Directory consistency – Active Directory access – Active Directory group policies – Active Directory organizational units – Active Directory data population – Active Directory schema changes Administration of Domain Controller Operating System: – Server configuration – Maintenance of OS level – Maintenance of service pack level – Maintenance of hotfix releases – Monitoring that OS is operational – DCs in Data Centers – REDCs at local sites .Provide level day-to-day operational support for Security Infrastructure which includes: ADFS, ADLDS (FDS), CA/CLM, Password Manager, Secure Email, SecurID, SSL Encryption, WINS .Provide Security Infrastructure support by performing the following: Hardware and software installations, start/restart/stop instances; rotate and analyze server logs; availability metrics reporting; maintain server configuration; upgrade and maintain Security Infrastructure software, etc. .Test and roll AD and Security Infrastructure homegrown solutions from the QA environment to the Production .Schedule and implement AD and Security Infrastructure changes off hours to ensure service availability .Monitor production server performance and security .Automate server related maintenance tasks .Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures .Maintain Infrastructure configurations .Monitor performance .Manage GSS / CSM Load Balancer Support .Maintain system administrator accounts and passwords .Respond to 2nd level Request Center and Service Desk tickets.Determine which requests require 3rd level support.

Skills Required:

. Must have solid knowledge of Active Directory . . Minimum 6 years. experience supporting a large Active Directory environment . Minimum 5 years IT experience, with at least 8 or more years experience in IT security or equivalent . Minimum 5 years of scripting experience. Must be a Strong Powershell, C (sharp), JAVA, or Perl script/programming experience for automating system support . At least 4 years as a system engineer supporting MS Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2016 . Strong knowledge of MS directory solutions

 

 

Experience Required:

. Must have solid knowledge of Active Directory . . Minimum 6 years. experience supporting a large Active Directory environment . Minimum 5 years IT experience, with at least 8 or more years experience in IT security or equivalent . Minimum 5 years of scripting experience. Must be a Strong Powershell, C (sharp), JAVA, or Perl script/programming experience for automating system support . At least 4 years as a system engineer supporting MS Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2016 . Strong knowledge of MS directory solutions

Experience Preferred:

. Knowledge of Password Manager solutions . Experience with PKI encryption solutions . Knowledge of RSA SecurID two factor authentication solutions . Working knowledge of web single sign-on environments . 1-2 years of project leadership . Excellent communications skills . written and oral . Excellent time management skills . Experience in Microsoft office tools, including Project and Microsoft Visio, is preferred . Network load balancing experience a plus

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related disciplines
