Large, national Development & Management company is seeking a qualified Commercial HVAC Technician to perform routine maintenance including diagnosing, troubleshooting & repairing commercial HVAC units.
Company provides the following:
-3+ years experience in a Commercial HVAC Technician role
-Strong technical skills related to RTU's, Split Pump Systems & Chillers/Boilers
-Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot & diagnose HVAC and other mechanical systems
-Strong computer skills-several buildings have controls systems that require a strong technical aptitude
-Ability to work independently
-Valid driver's license
-Ability to communicate effectively with tenants & technicians on-site
-Degree from a University and/or Technical school
