Our client is currently seeking a Director of Service Operations for their facility in the Tampa, FL area.
*Accountable for overseeing assembly, production, refurbishing and re-manufacturing strategy, management of *Service Center and Engineering, and technical training and trouble shooting.
*Manage the Service Center (Production, Engineering and Field Technical Support Team) and serve as a Key *Resource for the Material Handling and Call Center Teams.
*Oversee the Engineering team and act as liaison between Engineering and others in Trade Assets & Service and Commercial Teams.
*Lead Technical team which provides training to service technicians, third party service providers and trouble shoots issues and finds solutions.
*Maintain vendor relationships and work with Procurement to ensure requirements are met and performance is achieved.
*Champion for TAM Best Practices for areas of responsibility
*Review and recommend to Finance spare parts inventory accounting reserves, review scrap dispositions and provide oversight for service parts management.
*Oversee production of Trade Assets, New, Refurbished/Remanufacture, Sub-assemblies.
*Coordinate on new Trade Asset product launches (development state) and assure that equipment meets the certification requirements for North America.
*Supply Data to the Beverage Center and Trade Asset Management Group for Toolbox Compliance (Targets and Goals).
*Oversee daily operations for facility.
*Drive a high performance culture through execution of people planning processes
