Mindbank is HIRING an IT Helpdesk Support Professional

Location: Vancouver, WA 98683

Contract is supposed to start 9/1/2018 and this is a 5 year contract

*Some Travel within the client’s Washington locations and travel is issue-driven.

Pay $38,000 – $45,000

The IT Helpdesk Support Professional will provide a broad range of current and anticipated IT needs for Vancouver, Washington Fisheries areas, to include all necessary labor for the support and maintenance, which includes 6 field stations and over 100 personnel. The assigned contractor personnel will provide a range of technical and non-technical professional services associated with desktop, laptop, mobile devices and client support, technical equipment support, system upgrades and maintenance.

The five (5) anticipated primary functional areas are:

• Help Desk and Desktop Support

• System Security Support

• Active Directory Services and Data Center Administration

• Configuration Management, Change Management (All task level personnel are expected to operate under existing configuration and change management guidelines.)

• Technical Publications, Data Management, Administrative Support

Support Functions – Estimated Time Spent

• Full Systems Development/Maintenance Lifecycle Support

• Internet/Intranet Troubleshooting

• Data Administration, Management, and Modeling

• Technology Research and Development

• Technology Analysis and Assessment

• Test and Evaluate Software

• Program Support

• Configuration Management

• Change Management
