COMMERCIAL PM TECHNICIAN
♦ Performs preventive maintenance service calls on HVAC equipment to prevent equipment failure by cleaning air handling systems and reheat coils, monitoring and calibrating air handling systems and replacing filters, motors, fans, belts, etc. on systems. Repairs, replaces and adjusts vents and duct work. May clean air ducts to maximize efficiency and improve indoor air quality.
♦ Contacts supervisor or dispatch to discuss any problems on the job.
- Prior HVAC PM experience preferred but not required
- MUST BE EPA/UNIVERSAL CERTIFIED
- Must be able to use body members to work, move, and lift or carry heavy objects of more than 100 pounds to include ductwork, furnaces or materials.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions including extreme temperatures, rain, and wind.
- A clean, valid driver's license and good communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and OT when needed
