Aerotek is currently partnering with one of the largest seafood processing manufacturing plants in the nation in efforts to hire an HVAC Technician. This candidate must have heavy refrigeration experience and their own set of basic tools. All candidates must be willing to work 10-20 hours a week of overtime.
– 2 to 5+ years of experience in a maintenance/HVAC role
– Must be able to maintain, troubleshoot, replace machinery
– Ability to provide preventative maintenance
– Must have their own tools
– Experience with PLC programming systems such as Honeywell or Siemens
Day to Day:
The HVAC technician will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, and replace and maintain machinery. This machinery can include anything from a small office AC unit to large heating and cooling systems such as pneumonia compressors and gas boilers.
Monday – Friday 6am to 3:30pm and Saturdays as of right now due to it being their busiest time of the year. Saturdays may not be a full work day as the hours are based on business needs.
**Candidates should expect to work at least 50-60 hours per week during busy season, will get time and a half and there is no limit of the amount of OT**
– $18 to $22 an hour
– Raises are given based on performance and a candidate can be eligible within 90 days.
