This position is responsible for promoting the casinos high standards of guest service while providing Level II Help Desk calls and emergency on-call support when needed. Installs, maintains and troubleshoots all gaming, voice,
data and wiring needs. Provides end user software and hardware troubleshooting support, ensures proper installation of software and configuration of gaming equipment and assists with all other installations related to phones, audio/video and gaming equipment.
Performs regular inspections and maintenance for data rooms including switches, connections and related equipment and performs upgrades and new system builds. Performs additional job related duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting pay is $20.94/hr.



  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical training in Windows 2001/2007/XP, POS Systems, telephone systems, audio/visual systems and computer design is required

Experience & Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of one year experience in an IT environment for an organization of comparable size and IT needs
  • Must have verifiable ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware problems, network set up and POS systems
  • Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License and proof of insurance

Phyical Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to stand, sit and squat for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work and concentrate under busy and limited conditions
  • Must be comfortable working in closed or high area
  • Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License and current proof of insurance
  • Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Upon offer must obtain Class IIIA Gaming License ($273-335)
  • Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
