PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:  Full support capabilities across a wide range of areas related to an office building environment, campus site, storage facility, and hangar site.   Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, product spec sheets.



  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Low Voltage electrical systems to include but not limited to; Security Systems, Building Controls Systems, CCTV, and Card Access Systems, Scheduling Systems, POE, Fire Alarm Panels, low voltage Lighting systems, and all applicable associated software, hardware, and controls.

  • Have knowledge and experience with High Voltage electrical systems to include but not limited to: multiple phase electrical distribution circuitry, floor zone systems, electrical panels, main and secondary service feeds, main buss bar, transformers, step-down transformers, 480v 3-phase ice melt systems, and 277v lighting systems.

  • Have knowledge and experience with a wide variety of HVAC equipment to include but not limited to; Air Handler Units, Split Systems, DX Systems, Roof Top Units, Chillers, Boilers, Direct and Indirect Evaporative Cooling Systems, Exhaust Fans, pumps, motors, backflows, and their associated software and controls

  • Have knowledge and experience with backup power system including direct UPS, Generators, ATS, and applicable associated software.

  • Knowledge, experience and understanding of Life Safety issues, Fire suppression systems, FM200 Systems, Main Fire Risers functions and operations.

  • Knowledge and experience with BAS (Building Automation Systems).  System is an Automated Logic WebCTRL BAS purposed for adjusting, tracking, trending, and monitoring all sensored equipment and set points. 

  • Experience with variety of kitchen and café equipment, including stoves, ovens, ice machines, coolers, freezers, refrigerators, and serving line equipment (hot and cold).

  • Knowledge, experience and ability to troubleshoot all facilities equipment as listed above and can repair and/or can adequately describe issues to the Facilities Manager and vendors.

  • General working knowledge of sustainability best practices as it relates to this LEED certified building.

  • Knowledge of and experience with modular furniture systems and modular wall systems.

  • Experience with and ability to provide general building support for a variety of additional trades to include but not limited to; plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting, stucco, drywall, carpet, and landscaping.

  • Must be able to work with and maintain professional working relationships with all vendors, contractors, and service providers, as well the primary clients for the company, our staff, guests, and visitors.
