> Senior Engineer well grounded across a variety of technologies from end user support to data center migrations with 8-10 years of experience
> Provide support for data center environment
> Ability to debug and troubleshoot storage and networks / networking-equipment
> Troubleshoot server hardware and other computer resources.
> Prioritize tasks based on business needs
> Administer user accounts, configure switches, and support other data center functions.
> Exchange mail support
> WorkStation/Laptop Support
> Maintain/upgrade servers

> Waltham Area Available to be on-site at Waltham building or Waltham Data Center (available for on-demand/ad-hoc escalations at the data center)
> Good knowledge of layer 1, 2 and 3 network infrastructure

> Experience using an Incident Tracking System
