Senior Help Desk Support – On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Senior Help Desk Support Technician in Sunnyvale, CA.
Senior Help Desk Support Job Details
- Provide first level IT support for all end users via telephone, email or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and voice data/communication systems issues.
- Escalate calls when appropriate.
- Write concise, information service tickets.
- Follow up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursue issues through to resolution.
Senior Help Desk Support Mandatory Skills
- Required experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation.
- Must possess broad knowledge and proficiency with popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks.
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Relies on some experience to plan and accomplish tasks.
- Strong communication (written and verbal).
- Strong written case notes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
