Maintains data base to obtain necessary documentation for issuance of warranties and handling of leak calls by performing the following.<br /> <br /> <strong>Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities</strong><br /> </p><ol><li>Responsible for adherence to company policies including safety and the use of personal protective equipment.</li><li>Works with Technical Services Manager to ensure internal and external customer needs are met.</li><li>Assists with answering phone calls and e-mails from customers and salesman in regards to warranties and product inquiries.</li><li>Gathers and collects information and reports for warranted projects from all involved parties.</li><li>Returns improperly completed Warranty forms request to the originator for corrections and/or completion as necessary.</li><li>Handles the setting up and decertifying all Commercial Approved Contractors and spreadsheets for appropriate Sales Representatives.</li><li>Obtains all the needed documentation for issuing NDL Warranties.</li><li>Issues NDL warranties as requested.</li><li>Regular and predictable attendance is essential in this position.</li></ol><p><br /> <br /> <strong>Education and Experience</strong><br /> <br /> <br /> An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or Business is recommended with at least three years' experience in similar setting or office environment. Ability to read and understand CSI specifications and general roofing installation knowledge is preferred.<br /> <br /> Must have the ability to communicate; both written and verbal, with the capability of dealing with difficult situations and diverse people in a calm professional manner.<br /> <br /> Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid database entry experience. Attention to detail and record keeping is an essential requirement of this position.<br /> </p>
